Summary
This work proposes the re-use of shipping containers in architecture, by means of the design of a module for the accommodation, adaptable to the functions and current needs of the different users to specific, in the premises of the headquarters of CATIE, in the city of Turrialba, Costa Rica. Through the proposal of a flexible unit, economic, and under the basic guidelines of the bioclimatic design, implement its analysis with the digital tools of simulation and energy performance.
